Head to "The Bar Casablanca", which is located approximately halfway between Bashamichi Station and Kannai Station.

When I sit at the counter, I see a book in front of me.

This is "Cocktail Fresh Fruit Technique" (Shibata Shoten) written by Mr. Eiji Yamamoto, the owner and bartender of this shop. If you take a peek inside … you will find recipes for cocktails made with fresh fruits. I looked at one page at the beginning of the book and decided on the first cup.


About fruit martini … Fruit martini !? What's that !? It looks delicious !! So, I ordered "Fruit martini" not for fruit juice but for those who want to drink it well. I saw the letters written in chalk on the blackboard and made it with my favorite pomegranate.

Warm consomme soup and snacks with cheese. Is it called a charm at the bar? There was a service like a traditional izakaya. "Many customers come before meals, so first eat lightly before drinking.It seems that it is offered from the feeling of "let's go".

Actually, I visited the store at 17:00 on that day, and there was a customer who entered the store at about the same time when I sat at the counter or not. I just sat down at the counter and gave a light greeting with the bartenders, "It's cold …" and "Did you come?" Even though I didn't order anything, the dry martini was served after the consomme soup. While glancing at the sideways (I'm really sorry !!), when I was learning "The master spends time at the bar like this", he kindly called out on the way. "When I meet Mr. Yamamoto and want to drink the dry martini made by Mr. Yamamoto … I come to the store like this." To say such a wonderful word casually while drinking the dry martini … !! Come and see Mr. Yamamoto's face, enjoy drinking and talking, and leave the store … My aim The bar is ideal! The soft atmosphere is wonderful, and I named it "Mr. DANDY" in my heart. Mr. Sugiura, also known as Mr. DANDY, always starts with a dry martini (the photo is another cocktail), so the only order for the first cup is eye contact! cool~!

Mr. Sugiura, I'm sorry to hear from you! When I wanted to drink slowly, a young man who talked pechakucha disturbed me … But Mr. Yamamoto and this shop have a lot of charm. Finally, when I asked Mr. Yamamoto, "Are there any recommended bars?", The answer was decided. "I can only introduce you to the shops of my disciples. There is nothing else," Kippari said.
