I have been to Hayama many times, but this time I had a wonderful encounter. This is the Hayama Museum of the Museum of Modern Art, Kamakura, which celebrated its 15th anniversary this year. What an open and wonderful space!
It is a museum where you can experience art while feeling the blue sky and blue sea.
This time, the exhibition of Finnish architect Aalto, who is celebrating his 120th birthday. I enjoyed his works in a space with high ceilings and plenty of sunlight.
A comfortable chair! It makes me want to sit all the time.
While watching and feeling, I was able to feel the Nordic culture with my five senses.
At the entrance of the museum, there are works by Isamu Noguchi, etc., and the open air is comfortable. Breathe in the fresh air and refresh yourself. The weather was perfect, so I enjoyed the feeling of vacation while looking at the sea.
When I looked at Aalto's photo, I saw a very thick and big hand. I think that if I played the piano, I would get a good sound!!
The sound of a piano changes depending on the space in which it is placed. Buildings change the feelings of performers and the reverberation of instruments, so I once again thought that buildings and spaces are important.
The sea of Hayama was also sparkling.
