Screened on March 5th, "Kikoematta That Day" is a documentary film that focuses on the lives of deaf people living in evacuation shelters in the areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. A sequel to the movie Kakehashi, which conveyed the current state of disasters for people who "can't hear", which was not reported on general TV or newspapers. On the day of the event, Mr. Imamura, the director, will give a lecture, along with the film, to convey the current situation of deaf people to the public.
