On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Okinawa's reversion to Japan, we will hold a special exhibition reconstructed with new data.

Located in the Minato Mirai 21 district, in front of the Red Brick Warehouse, it was established in 2002 as a comprehensive base of JICA in Kanagawa Prefecture with the aim of being a center that is loved by citizens.
In cooperation with local governments such as Yokohama City, universities and schools, NGOs, private companies, etc., we are practicing international cooperation unique to Yokohama.

At the [Overseas Emigration Museum] on the 2nd floor, there are exhibits on the history, lives, and experiences of Japanese immigrants who emigrated from Japan to other countries, as well as the current state of Nikkei communities around the world. In the [library reference room], you can see picture books from around the world and materials related to immigration.
On the 3rd floor, there is a restaurant [Port Terrace Cafe] with a view of the port, where you can spend a relaxing time.
