Forum for the Promotion of Children's Reading Activities

The Kanagawa Prefectural Library hopes to connect the past and present and reflect the future through the materials it has collected across different eras. Furthermore, it aims to explore the "creation of value" that can be generated through the act of reading.
It's not just about becoming familiar with books; it's about deepening reading, encouraging spontaneous exploration, and supporting interaction with others.
The role of this place is to support those who continue to think and reflect.
