2. Inside the museum, there is an exhibition of Hakone's creatures and nature, an actual craft work and sales corner, a craft room, a lecture room, a tourist pamphlet corner, etc.
3. Free parking is available.
4. There are disabled toilets, 3 wheelchairs (first-come-first-served basis, available for rent in the building), elevators, etc.
5. Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. (Assistance dogs: excluding guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs, etc.)
6. There are no food shops or restaurants in the hotel. (only juice vending machines installed)
7. The nearest restaurants are Michi-no-Eki "Hakone Toge" (10 minutes on foot), or around Hakonemachi bus stop (Hakone Port) (20 minutes on foot).
