"Nagisa Experience Learning Center" is a hands-on learning facility with basic themes of "knowing," "learning," "thinking," and "acting" about the importance of Shonan's beaches and the natural conditions and environment of the Shonan coast. It is a place for lifelong learning that advocates the creation of marine culture that incorporates conditions and coastal conservation.
