The Hydrangea Hall was built as one of the 25th anniversary commemorative projects of the municipal organization, and is a place for citizens to participate in welfare, a place for social welfare groups and volunteer activities, as well as elderly people, people with disabilities (children), single-mother families, etc. It was built with the aim of becoming a base for multipurpose welfare activities as a place of relaxation and service for the elderly.
