It was built at 127 Yamate-cho from 1925 to 1926 as the residence of Mr. Fritz Erismann, who was born in Switzerland and was active as the manager of Yokohama of the raw thread trading company. Designed by Czech architect Antonin Raymond, who is said to be the "father of modern architecture". It was dismantled for the construction of an apartment in 1982, but was relocated to its current location in Motomachi Park in 1990. On the first floor, there is a drawing room with a fireplace, a living room / dining room, and a solarium overlooking the garden, reproducing a simple design.
