From September to December, the city will hold an arts and culture festival, featuring city exhibitions (fine art, photography, calligraphy, flower arrangement, Kamakura carving) and stage performances (music performances, plays, etc.).
The City Exhibition category is open to public entries from both inside and outside the city.
