Dynamism of the Meiji Era: Toyohara Kunichika Exhibition

In order to utilize the ukiyo-e collection owned by the Kawasaki Sunago-sato Museum, a public interest incorporated association, which is a historical and cultural resource of Kawasaki, the Kawasaki City Cultural Foundation, the Kawasaki Sunago-sato Museum, and Kawasaki City have teamed up to open a new exhibition room, "Kawasaki Ukiyo-e Gallery - Saito Fumio Collection," in Kawasaki Ekimae Tower Riverk, which is directly connected to the north exit passage of Kawasaki Station, on Monday, December 3, 2019. The gallery has a collection of about 4,000 pieces, including about 100 rare ukiyo-e original paintings!
