For first-time musicians: A unique lineup!? Katooon Orchestra
The "For First-Time Musicians" series, brought to you by Masanori Kato (piano and composition), the "Hall Music Ambassador" of Hirashin Hiratsuka Cultural Arts Hall, is popular for being "easy to understand and interesting!" and "let you learn and listen to a new side of classical music." This time, the "Katooon Orchestra" will be performing a variety of classic music masterpieces!
The "Katooon Orchestra" is a tango-like orchestra consisting of piano, double bass, saxophone, and bandoneon, but it is the self-proclaimed smallest orchestra in the world, founded to spread the appeal of classical music. The masterpieces performed by just four people are all specially arranged by Masanori Kato!
