This exhibition will feature small works by Miyagawa Kazumi, who creates portraits of actors and landscapes using a technique called wood inlay, which uses the natural color and grain of wood to create designs.

MUSEUM CAFE "and garden"
A healthy cafe produced by Yugawara Junian, a tofu and yuba specialty store located next to the Yugawara Museum of Art. The terrace seating overlooking the museum garden also features a foot bath filled with Yugawara hot spring water. After appreciating the art, please take some time to relax. <access> Get off at "Yugawara Station" on the JR Tokaido Main Line. From the bus stop immediately outside the ticket gate, take the bus bound for Fudotaki or Okuyugawara for about 12 minutes and get off at the bus stop "Bijutsukan-mae" (Izu Hakone Bus, Hakone Tozan Bus). |
