The tourist release, which is usually held during the day, will be held at night using projection mapping.
There will also be a talk show about the dam, stage events such as flamenco dancers and bands from Aikawa Town, and Tsugaru shamisen performances, a tour of the inside of the power plant, and a finale with the launch of 1,500 fireworks.
