Three people are locked up in a facility and begin a self-improvement program with a strange self-help book in hand.
They desperately wanted to change.
They monitored each other's behavior and kept records of any changes, acting as both participants and observers.
Due to his dual position, changes begin to take place in an unexpected direction.
