Wakabacho, a downtown area of Yokohama. On the banks of the Ooka River, at Isezaki Street, is a wharf for people from other parts of the country. A 50-year-old building that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era, has been renovated after its role was completed, quietly telling the history of the town. "A lodging is boring if it's just a lodging," "A studio is boring if it's just a studio," "A theater is boring if it's just a theater"... With this in mind,
