Ebina City Cultural Center is used by the citizens of Ebina City as a "hub for cultural activities." We hope that it will continue to be used as a "place of encounter" for citizens to practice, create, present, appreciate, and gather information on culture and the arts, and as a place to foster community in Ebina City, a "city of culture and the arts." |
