◼️Synopsis
No one in the town knows about the resident who has lived alone for a long time at the top of the tall tower.
The white hair hanging from the window of the resident, whose gender is even unknown, is incredibly long, almost touching the ground.
The townspeople begin discussing whether or not to tell the tower's resident that he should cut his hair. Someone should tell him, but no one has ever spoken to him, and there seems to be a lot of bad rumors about him...
