Stargazing Class (First Quarter Moon)

The Prefectural Youth Center is a facility that aims to promote the healthy development of young people and contribute to the improvement of the general education of the citizens of the prefecture. It works on projects based on the following four pillars for the comprehensive development of youth policies and the promotion of performing arts.
1. Cultivating human resources to promote experiential learning for young people
2. Addressing issues such as social withdrawal, truancy, and delinquency among young people.
3. Promoting and supporting science experience activities for young people
4. Support for performing arts activities of young people and residents of the prefecture
