Access

The Oiso Cultural Arts Festival is a cultural and artistic festival held in Oiso Town, featuring individuals and groups engaged in cultural and artistic activities. Operated by the Oiso Cultural Arts Festival Executive Committee, composed of volunteer town residents, the festival will be held for the fourth time in 2026. It continues to grow in popularity, with an increasing number of performers and participants each year.
