The tourist-oriented water release, which is usually done during the day, will be conducted at night using projection mapping.
The event also included a talk show about the dam, stage performances by flamenco dancers and bands from Aikawa Town, Tsugaru shamisen music, a tour of the power plant's interior, and a grand finale featuring a fireworks display of 1,500 fireworks.
