On the 4th floor of the main building of the Kanagawa Prefectural Library, there is an information center for lifelong learning, stocked with materials covering a wide range of fields, from university guides to tourist guide maps. In addition, at the "Lifelong Learning Consultation Desk," counselors are available to listen to the needs of those who want to learn something, such as continuing education, obtaining qualifications, taking hobby courses, or volunteering.
