The 18th Kanagawa Prefecture Disability Culture and Arts Festival
To promote the social participation of people with disabilities, we will hold a cultural and artistic festival to support their cultural activities. Through interaction with the local community via cultural and artistic activities by people with disabilities, we aim to promote their active participation in society and foster cultural and artistic activities for people with disabilities in the region. On the day of the festival, there will be exhibitions of works such as photographs, calligraphy, handicrafts, crafts, and paintings, as well as stage performances by groups engaged in club activities such as dance.
