The new gallery opened in February 2019 on the first floor of the Silk Center, which was designed in 1959 by leading Japanese architect Junzo Sakakura. It is run by the art NPO BankART1979. Located in a glass-walled space close to Osanbashi Pier and Yamashita Park, it serves as an antenna gallery and hosts a variety of art events, including exhibitions.
