It opened in February 2019 as a new gallery base on the first floor of the Silk Center, designed in 1959 by leading Japanese architect Junzo Sakakura. It is run by the art NPO BankART1979. Located in a glass-walled space close to Osanbashi Pier and Yamashita Park, it serves as an antenna gallery and hosts a variety of art events, including exhibitions.
