1905, Paris Opera House. On stage, theater property was being auctioned off.
An old man in a wheelchair is winning bids one after another. He suddenly stops at a papier-mâché music box that was among the items he won. A heartrending and nostalgic melody that faintly flows out.
And number 666, the chandelier that once brightly illuminated the theater from the ceiling of the Opera House, will be put up for auction. A haunting memory comes back to life.
That moment when the veil covering the chandelier was finally lifted. Time travels back half a century with the majestic sound of a pipe organ, and on the stage of a gorgeous and splendid opera house, a tragedy of sinful love and hate begins.
