It was built in April 1992, almost in the center of Kanagawa Prefectural Hodogaya Park, which is full of greenery, as a cultural facility to support the artistic and cultural activities of the prefecture's citizens. It is used as a place for practice and presentation of artistic activities such as music, drama, and dance in an environment colored by nature that changes with the seasons. In addition, the only professional orchestra in Kanagawa Prefecture, the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra, will be showing rehearsals to the public, allowing you to experience excellent music up close.
