It was built in April 1992, almost in the center of Kanagawa Prefectural Hodogaya Park, which is full of greenery, as a cultural facility to support the artistic and cultural activities of the prefecture's citizens. It is used as a place to practice and present artistic activities such as music, theater, and dance in an environment that is colored by nature throughout the seasons. In addition, the only professional orchestra in Kanagawa Prefecture, the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra, will be showing rehearsals to the public, allowing you to experience excellent music up close.
