Adult learning course

A course on how to learn for adults: from the start of learning and awareness to deepening and applying what you have learned.
This course is aimed at people who want to start a new course of study but don't know what to study or how to study, and people who want to achieve self-actualization and advance their careers through lifelong learning. It helps people think about and discover "what to study," "how to study," and "how to apply what they have learned."
