Kanagawa Prefectural Civic Center
The Kanagawa Prefectural Citizens Center is a building that houses institutions that provide various services to the citizens of the prefecture, and is a facility established and operated by Kanagawa Prefecture. It is open all year round from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (some areas open until 10:00 PM), but opening hours and holidays vary depending on the institution you wish to use, so please check in advance.
