The Kanagawa Prefectural Citizens Center is a building that houses institutions that provide various services to the citizens of the prefecture, and is a facility established and operated by Kanagawa Prefecture. It is open all year round from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (some areas open until 10:00 PM), but opening hours and holidays vary depending on the institution you wish to use, so please check in advance. The Kanagawa Prefectural Citizens Center is managed by the Kanagawa Prefectural Citizens Activities Support Center.
