The Kanagawa Prefectural Citizens' Center is a building that houses various organizations providing services to the citizens of Kanagawa Prefecture, and is a facility established and operated by Kanagawa Prefecture. It is open year-round from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (some until 10:00 p.m.), but the opening hours and holidays vary depending on the organization you wish to use, so please check in advance. The Kanagawa Prefectural Citizens' Center is managed by the Kanagawa Citizens' Activity Support Center.
