A Chinese poetry lecture will be held in conjunction with the regular general meeting, but the Chinese poetry lecture will be open to the public, not just federation members, and people are invited to attend for free.
The Chinese poetry lectures are held every spring and autumn and are a popular event with 100 to 130 participants each time.

Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall (Jack)
Three towers are representative of Yokohama: "King" at the Kanagawa Prefectural Office, "Queen" at Yokohama Customs, and "Jack" at Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall. In the early Showa period, when there were no tall buildings yet, sailors of foreign ships affectionately called these towers visible from Yokohama Port, praying to them for safe voyages and using them as landmarks when entering port. Inspired by these people of the past, there is now a legend that if you visit spots with a panoramic view of the three towers, your wishes will come true. Every year on March 10th, various events are held to mark "Three Towers Day." |
