Kanagawa is a port city and one of the birthplaces of photography in Japan. In the past, photographers would carry heavy cameras and walk around in search of captivating scenery. Masashi Asada has taken on that same feeling as he photographs Kanagawa today.
"Kanagawa Potogarahi" uses "Yokohama Photos," which are old black-and-white photographs that have been colored, to capture modern Kanagawa with a retro feel.
