Exhibition commentary by a curator from the Yokosuka City Museum of Nature and Humanities: "The Sea and Lifestyle that Transmitted Folk Performing Arts"
A collaborative project to help you enjoy even more the Kanagawa Classical Project in Yokosuka, which will be held at Yokosuka City Cultural Center from 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025!
At the Yokosuka City Museum of Nature and Humanities, located right next to the Yokosuka City Cultural Hall, curators will provide explanations of the exhibits.
The Miura Peninsula is a thriving fishing area, and we will explain the folk performing arts that have spread through the sea and fishing, while also weaving in aspects of life on the Miura Peninsula.
