The Prefectural Youth Center is a facility that aims to promote the healthy development of young people and also contributes to the improvement of the culture of prefectural residents. It works on the following four pillars to comprehensively develop youth policies and promote performing arts.
1. Cultivating human resources who can promote experiential learning for young people
2. Dealing with youth withdrawal, school refusal, delinquency, etc.
3. Promoting and supporting science experience activities for young people
4. Support for performing arts activities for young people and residents of the prefecture
