"Open Garden Picnic Tea"

Built in 1937 as the residence of the British Consul General, this two-story reinforced concrete building features a dignified British design, and details such as the high placement of the doorknobs suggest that it was once inhabited by British people. Located next to the rose garden of Harbor View Park, it is filled with the fragrance of colorful roses in May, June, October, and November.
