Yamato City Cultural Creation Center (nicknamed Sirius) was established as a place to bring the wonders of arts and culture and lifelong learning to many people, from children to adults, as well as new knowledge and exciting encounters with new people, creating a sense of unity in everyone's hearts. At its core are the library, arts and culture hall, lifelong learning center, and indoor children's playground. The fusion of these four facilities' unique characteristics will generate even more energy, fostering creativity that will lead to the future, and serving as a guidepost for everyone's arts and cultural activities, evolving every day.

[2nd floor / A fun and interactive floor for citizens to gather and talk] Citizens' Exchange Lounge, Library, Yamato City Hall Yamato Liaison Office, etc.
[3F / Yamato Children's Land - Play and learn to your heart's content] Genkikko Square, Chibikko Square, nursery room, consultation room, children's library, studio, etc.
[4th floor / Relax and enjoy books at the Healthy City Library] Health corner, Healthy Terrace, Reserved Book Corner, etc.
[5F / Research and Learn Library] Reference counter, information search corner, reading room, etc.
[6F / Lifelong Learning Center: Gather and learn with friends] Public exchange space Platt Yamato, training room, large conference room, etc.
