This facility was donated by Mr. Yukio Nozaki and Mr. Masaru Kawahara in 1995, and has been used by Ninomiya Town as a place for lifelong learning, but we have decided to operate it privately so that more people can use this wonderful space. We hope that you will use it for events, club activities, etc. based on your own ideas, and that it will be passed on to the next generation.
Furthermore, the outdoor toilet, which had been causing inconvenience to our guests, has been extensively repaired, and a flush toilet has been installed indoors, with new tatami mats in all rooms and new corridor boards, making it easier to use. The building is a typical example of the Ninomiya region, constructed around 1887, and has a dirt floor and rooms arranged in a rice field shape, with a floor area of 132 square meters.
