This facility was donated by Mr. Yukio Nozaki and Mr. Masaru Kawahara in 1995, and has been used by the town of Ninomiya as a place for lifelong learning, but we have decided to operate it privately so that more people can use this wonderful space. We hope that people will use it for events, club activities, etc. based on their own ideas, and that it will be handed down to the next generation.
Furthermore, the outdoor toilet, which had been causing inconvenience to our guests, has been extensively repaired, and a flush toilet has been installed indoors, and the tatami mats in all rooms have been replaced with new ones, and the corridor boards have been redone, making it easier to use. This is a typical building of the Ninomiya region, built around 1887, with a dirt floor and rooms arranged in a square shape, and a floor area of 132 sq. m.
