Kosha33 is a multi-purpose space provided by the Kanagawa Prefectural Housing Corporation as part of its public functions.
As one of our public roles, we at the Kanagawa Prefecture Housing Supply Corporation have opened "Kosha33" with the theme of "lifestyle renovation." Four spaces have been created on Japan Boulevard in Kanagawa Prefecture, taking advantage of the location: a studio, a cafe, a life design lab, and an event hall. We aim to create a place where people can gather and come into contact with various cultures, creating a synergistic effect. We will propose "lifetime rentals" that match your life design and provide information about housing and lifestyles.
Kosha33 Studio
Rental space available for use as a studio, gallery, various events, recitals and conference rooms.

A place of relaxation for everyone on Nihon Boulevard that leads to the development of healthy menus, training of chefs, and revitalization of the local area.
《Kosha33 Life Design Lab》
It will be used to contribute to the Yokohama area and the local community, and as a space for parents and children to learn and discover new things.
《Kosha33 Hall》
Taking advantage of its location on Nihon Odori, please use it for various events, seminars, and other occasions.
