kosha33 is a multi-purpose space provided by the Kanagawa Prefectural Housing Supply Corporation as part of its public role.
As part of our public role, we at the Kanagawa Prefectural Housing Supply Corporation have opened "Kosha33" with the theme of "lifestyle renovation." Taking advantage of its location on Japan Boulevard in Kanagawa Prefecture, four spaces have been created: a studio, a cafe, a life design lab, and an event hall. We aim to create a place where people can gather and interact with various cultures, creating a synergistic effect. We will propose "lifetime rentals" that fit your life design and disseminate information about housing and lifestyles.
Kosha33 Studio
Rental space that can be used as a studio, gallery, various events, presentations, and conference rooms.
Kosha33 Cafe
A place of relaxation for everyone on Nihon Boulevard that will lead to the development of healthy menus, training of chefs, and revitalization of the local area.
Kosha33 Life Design Lab
It will be used to contribute to the Yokohama area and the local community, and as a space for parents and children to learn and discover new things.
Kosha33 Hall
Taking advantage of its location on Nihon Boulevard, please use it for various events, seminars, and other occasions.
