We, the Kanagawa Prefectural Housing Supply Corporation, have opened "Kosha33" with the theme of "lifestyle innovation" as one of our public roles. Four spaces have been created on Nihon Odori Street in Kanagawa Prefecture that take advantage of their locations: ``studio,'' ``cafe,'' ``life design lab,'' and ``event hall.'' We aim to be a place where people can gather and interact with various cultures to create synergistic effects. We will propose "lifetime rentals" that match your life design and provide information about housing and living.

A place for everyone to relax on Nihon Odori Street, which is connected to the development of healthy menus, the training of chefs, and the revitalization of the region.

Contributing to the Yokohama suburbs and local community, it will be used as a learning space for children and those raising children.
