Kosha33 is a multi-purpose space provided by the Kanagawa Prefectural Housing Supply Corporation as one of its public roles.
As part of our public role, the Kanagawa Prefectural Housing Supply Corporation has opened "Kosha33" with the theme of "Renovating Your Lifestyle." Located on Nihon-Odori in Kanagawa Prefecture, four spaces have been created that take advantage of the location: a studio, a cafe, a life design lab, and an event hall. We aim for this to be a place where people can gather and experience various cultures, creating a synergistic effect. We will propose "lifetime rentals" tailored to your lifestyle design and disseminate information about housing and living.

A place of relaxation located on Nihon-Odori, contributing to the development of healthy menus, the training of chefs, and the revitalization of the local community.
