A 10-minute walk from Kamakura Station and 3 minutes from Wadazuka Station, this is an open garden and rental (event) space that utilizes a large garden and an old house along the Enoshima Electric Railway tracks.
Please feel free to come and visit the open garden. Even if you are not using the shops or spaces, please feel free to come in. It is a garden of over 590m2 where you can stroll around freely. There are benches and chairs here and there so that you can relax. From the premises, you can see the Enoshima Electric Railway running for a long span.
The rental space is a renovated two-story house with both Japanese and Western-style rooms, which is 80 years old and was probably a villa in the past. There is a Japanese-style room and a Western-style room on the first floor. Both are about 12 tatami mats in size. There is a simple kitchen next to the Japanese-style room. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. There are also a fair number of cups, glasses, and plates. The kitchen, equipment, and toilet on the first floor are shared. If you wish to have it all to yourself, please rent both rooms. We also ask that you rent both rooms if you are using it with a large group of people. The second floor is a Japanese-style room of about 8 tatami mats with a wide veranda. There is a large wooden deck. There is also a sink and toilet.
