The Yokohama City Archives is an institution that holds, collects, and makes publicly available materials related to Yokohama City from the reconstruction period after the Great Kanto Earthquake to the present day. Based on materials collected for the compilation of "Yokohama City History II," the archives also function as a public archives office that preserves and makes public the historical documents of Yokohama City.
