The Yokohama City History Archives is an institution that holds, collects, and makes publicly available materials related to Yokohama City, from the reconstruction period after the Great Kanto Earthquake to the present day. Based on the materials collected for the compilation of "Yokohama City History II," the archives collect new materials and make them publicly available. The archives also function as a public archives office, preserving and making public the historical official documents of Yokohama City.
