1761 studio wants to create a "base where everyone can express themselves freely." With this in mind, we opened in Hiratsuka, Shonan in 2015 as a shared atelier where young artists gather. Currently, it is not only used as an atelier, but also holds regular events such as galleries and workshops.
In addition, 1761 studio is home to 11 artists who are active in their respective fields, including painters, blacksmiths, lacquer artists, poets, novelists, dancers, curators, sculptors, art directors, and designers.
