The Ninomiya Town Lifelong Learning Center (Radian) was opened in 2000 as a base for cultural promotion and lifelong learning projects, as well as for the purpose of town development and regional revitalization. A concert hall with a capacity of 531 people, a library, and other extensive facilities make it a fun gathering place for the town's residents. The name ``Radian'' comes from the English word ``radiant'', which means ``radiant'' or ``smiling''. It is used for recitals, club activities, and hobby exhibitions, and the outdoor event plaza also hosts lively events such as the Sunday Morning Market.
