Ninomiya Town Lifelong Learning Center (Radiant) opened in 2000 as a base for cultural promotion and lifelong learning projects, as well as for town development and regional revitalization. With a concert hall that can accommodate 531 people and a library, the well-equipped facilities make it a fun gathering place for townspeople. The name "Radiant" comes from the English word "radiant," meaning cheerful or cheerful. The center is used for recitals, club activities, hobby exhibitions, and other events, and the outdoor event plaza also hosts lively events such as the Sunday Morning Market.
