Ninomiya Town Lifelong Learning Center (Radiant) opened in 2000 as a base for cultural promotion and lifelong learning programs, as well as for town development and regional revitalization. With a concert hall that can accommodate 531 people and a library, its well-equipped facilities have become a popular gathering place for townspeople. The name "Radiant" comes from the English word "radiant," meaning bright and cheerful. It is used for presentations, club activities, and hobby exhibitions, and lively events such as the "Sunday Morning Market" are held in the outdoor event plaza.
