Ninomiya Town Lifelong Learning Center (Radiant) opened in 2000 as a base for cultural promotion and lifelong learning projects, as well as for town development and regional revitalization. Its well-equipped facilities, including a 531-seat concert hall and library, make it a fun gathering place for townspeople. The name "Radiant" is derived from the English word "radiant," meaning cheerful or cheerful. It is used for recitals, club activities, hobby exhibitions, and other events, and the outdoor event plaza also hosts lively events, including the Sunday Morning Market.
