This brick building stands in a natural setting with the Tanzawa Mountains as its backdrop. In addition to a large hall equipped with the latest stage, sound and lighting equipment, it also has a small hall with 376 seats and a practice room equipped with a grand piano, and is widely used as a cultural hall in the center of the prefecture and a place for local cultural activities.
