Until 2005, the Koganecho district was home to over 250 illegal, specialized restaurants. Since the launch of the Koganecho Bazaar in 2008, the town's appearance has gradually changed. Local residents and artists have joined forces to revitalize the town, and it is now known as "Koganecho, the Town of Art." This town is home to many young artists with the potential to take flight and make it big on the world stage. MZ Arts' major mission is to work with them to promote the revitalization of the town.
