Until 2005, the Koganecho district was home to more than 250 illegal specialty restaurants. The appearance of the town has gradually changed since Koganecho Bazaar started in 2008. Local residents and artists have worked together to revitalize the town, and it is now known as ``Koganecho, the Town of Art.'' There are many young writers in this city who have the potential to make their mark on the world stage. MZ arts' major mission is to work with them to revitalize the town.
