A special edition of 150 copies of "Quince Books" written by Haruhisa Hashimoto and illustrated by Yoshio Okada. This documentary film follows the process of the book's creation, which took eight years from start in 2006 to publication due to the two authors' unending dedication. It is a valuable record of Haruhisa Hashimoto, a man of "eyes, hands and mouth" (comment by Hitoshi Matsuie), in his younger days.
