Nakamura Masayoshi (1924-1977) was a unique figure in the postwar Japanese art world, engaged in a wide range of energetic activities.
This exhibition will focus on Masayoshi's representative works, but will also introduce works by other artists related to him, focusing on his diverse activities such as film and stage design, residential design and Sharaku research. Through approximately 120 works, we will trace his artistic career and once again approach the true image of Masayoshi.
