Special Exhibition: "Bungo Stray Dogs Anime 10th Anniversary Exhibition ~A Luxurious Encounter with Literary Masters~"
The Kanagawa Museum of Modern Literature and the supernatural battle action manga "Bungo Stray Dogs" have collaborated on numerous exhibitions since the 2014 Osamu Dazai exhibition, receiving great acclaim. In 2026, as "Bungo Stray Dogs" celebrates its 10th anniversary of anime broadcasting, they will hold a collaborative exhibition on an unprecedented scale.
Yokohama, where the literary museum is located, is a place that served as a model for many aspects of the work, and supernatural beings bearing the names of literary giants are active in various places around it. In this exhibition, we will introduce the world of the work, centering on the fascinating characters, through anime original drawings and scripts, and furthermore, we will have a special exhibition of original materials left behind by the writers who served as models for them, showing you what kind of literary activities these historical literary giants engaged in. We hope that this exhibition will deepen your understanding of both the world of literature and the world of anime, and become a place for new discoveries.
