The Lifelong Learning Center's main building, "Keyaki," is a facility that serves as the base for promoting lifelong learning in the city, providing a place for activities to comprehensively support the learning and cultural activities of citizens, as well as providing learning information, study consultations, and support for independent learning activities. In addition to Keyaki, the Lifelong Learning Center also has five branch buildings and the Kozu Learning Center.
