The main facility is the "Citizen Activity Plaza" (free of charge), which combines an "exchange area" that anyone can use at any time and an "activity area" that can be used by registered groups by reservation. In addition, there are nine meeting rooms (for a fee) that can be used for various meetings and events according to the purpose and number of people.
