This is a public hall located in Midori Ward, Yokohama City. Reservations for the auditorium and its attached meeting rooms are accepted from 9:00 AM six months prior to the desired date of use. Reservations for the meeting rooms are accepted from 9:00 AM three months prior to the desired date of use.
*Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from the start time. If there are multiple applications at the start time, a lottery will be held.
*For those residing outside the city, applications can be made starting one month prior to the desired date of use.
*If the start date for registration falls on a day the facility is closed, registration will begin the following day.
